A bit about me

I have always been fascinated by what makes us work effectively as human beings. My own leadership and self-development journey led me to learn and understand tips and techniques to allow me to be the best version of myself. There was however always a certain amount of fixing or making better. As my understanding and experience have developed I know now that no one needs fixing, we are all innately perfect, complete and whole. AND I know it doesn’t always feel that way! 

I had been coaching in my business for more than a decade when our daughter developed anorexia. During that time I explored deep into the world of mental ill-health and mental wellbeing. I came out wishing that all I had learnt had been more easily accessible. That was why Fresh Air Fridays was born I wanted more people to know how to look after their mental and emotional wellbeing so they are able to lead a life they love. 

In 2013 I enhanced my experience and personal study with formal coaching qualifications and since then have been coaching clients both through Fresh Air Fridays group sessions and 1:1 with personal clients

My passion for people, connection, wellbeing and personal responsibility have all been met in the way in which I am able to work with both clients and the whole team at Fresh Air Fridays.

How you can work with me

As a facilitator

I run monthly Fresh Air Fridays sessions which provide group coaching around 12 themes that make a difference to our mental and emotional wellbeing. Understanding and exploring these ideas impacts every aspect of our lives.

I periodically run quarterly intensive Fresh Air Fridays programmes. These are 75 minutes a week for 12 weeks. Your relationships improve, your wellbeing and happiness improve, and you are able to create the life you want.

As a 1:1 Coach 

Walking with you outside in Pentyrch (North Cardiff).  Gently walking and being in green space helps you access all the resources you need. I can share with you strategies and ideas that I know will help you, but the most important insights will come from gentle coaching, conversation and reflective practice supporting you to access all that you need to lead a life that really works for you.

Whether you want to lead more effectively, take your achievements to the next level or perhaps you are struggling in one or more of your relationships, experiencing stress, anxiety, and-or depression or you are affected by an eating disorder the work we do together will enable you to get the clarity you want to create whatever it is you are seeking to achieve.
